I was lucky enough to shoot Rachael during her first pregnancy, which you can see here, & she came back to me at the same stage the second time around. She really missed modelling, & was glad of the chance to get glammed up for a shoot again. It’s probably the 5th or 6th time we’ve worked together & she’s always great fun and easy to shoot, plus she lives in an amazing house, so it was a fun, productive day.
I noticed looking at our previous shoot how I use studio lighting much more these days. I think I’ll always see myself as a natural light photographer, but it’s important to have the versatility, as there isn’t always natural light available, & if there is, it might not be facing the background you want to shoot against. It also makes a huge difference when the rooms are big enough to fit all your lights in 🙂
